Exalt Design Group begins all projects with a 3-step engagement process proven to ensure the best client experience and project outcome

During this meeting we obtain the basic information about your project . Please read through our FAQ’s (link at bottom of page) before the call to get an understanding of how we work so that we can spend the majority of the time discussing your project.

We schedule an on-site or virtual consultation to get a complete understanding of your space and to assess the scope of work. We take detailed notes, photos, and obtain general measurements. We will discuss your goals and desires for your project. We will explain and answer any questions about our design process, business model and expectations. Once we obtain all the information needed we will determine the best way to proceed with your project.

If needed, based on the Initial Design consultation a Design Service Proposal is prepared. When an agreed upon scope of work is established we follow-up with a letter of agreement and design fee request to begin design work.
Full Service Design
Beginning with concept creation, moving through our unique design process, and ending with the installation of every last design accessory and detail. From renovation plans to furnishings and decor, we work with our industry partners to create a completely bespoke interior experience.
Master Planning
This service provides the initial stages of the design process. Work with a professional designer to tease out all your project needs, ideas, details and desires. For those who want to see their design articulated conceptually and schematically now but my have a longer term project completion timeline.
Project Exploration
Define the scope of work, develop custom budget estimate and project timeline. Create schematic space plan iterations and obtain trade estimates. This allows you to make fully educated decisions. Helpful for clients to determine whether they want to complete their project all at once or in stages. Helps to eliminate the possibility that your project will become a casualty of scope confusion and budget issues.
Design Consulting
Hourly consulting is available for a wide variety of needs ranging from professional advice to DIYers to large project client representatives. This can be ideal for clients who have a small project or need help defining the need and/or scope of work for a current or upcoming project.
